The term e-health originates from the health care service model supported by network technology represented by the Internet, and is the sister word of e-commerce. Today, the understanding of e-health has evolved very broadly. It generally refers to the various applications of information and communication technology in medical care, including not only the informatization of the medical process in the hospital, but also the regional medical information sharing and health service model. The former is the basis of e-health, while the latter is an advanced form of e-health.
